Morning: Drink water with 1 or 2 slices lemon inside (for early morning detox)

Snack: A handful of nuts
Dinner: Apple, papaya, mango smoothie
Apple Papaya Smoothie Recipe:
1 cup of mangoes
1000 mg fertility boosting GN Arginine
1/2 cup water
Blend all ingredients until it becomes smooth.
Pour in 2 capsules of GN Arginine in the smoothie; chill in a refrigerator or take as you like.
